PS Logistics today announced that one of its subsidiaries, P&S Transportation, LLC, has completed the acquisition of substantially all transportation assets of JLT Services, LLC (collectively, “JLT” or the “Company”). Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
JLT, headquartered in Nauvoo, AL, maintains a fleet of 32 trucks with experienced drivers. The Company, founded by Brett Thompson, is committed to providing excellent service, supporting its drivers and long-term customers.
