BIRMINGHAM, Alabama – (November 27, 2017) – PS Logistics, LLC (“PS Logistics”) today
announced that one of its subsidiaries has completed the acquisition of substantially all
assets of DT Freight, LLC (“DT Freight”). Financial terms were not disclosed.
DT Freight, headquartered in Tuscaloosa, AL, is a 40-unit flatbed operation comprised of
approximately 80 percent company drivers and 20 percent owner-operators. DT Freight
primarily hauls steel plates and coils, lumber, pipe and heavy machinery throughout the
Southeast, Midwest and other regions. The strategic acquisition of DT Freight helps
ensure that PS Logistics maintains its position as an industry-leading provider of supply
chain solutions.

The acquisition of DT Freight is the latest in PS Logistics’ strategic procurement plan.
