PS Logistics partners with Heidtman Steel, acquires Mizar Motors division 3.24.2017

BIRMINGHAM, Alabama – (September 13, 2016) – PS Logistics, LLC announced their acquisition of the logistics division of Mizar Motors and a new partnership as the logistics arm of Heidtman Steel. PS Logistics has rebranded the partnership as HS Express LLC and added 14 logistics professionals, 65 drivers and hundreds of transportation equipment assets. PS Logistics also gains new trucking routes and terminals throughout the Midwest.

Mizar Motors trucking division had been in business for nearly 30 years and serviced customers throughout the Midwest USA and parts of Canada. The partnership supports PS Logistics’ long-term strategy for growth and sustainability by expanding opportunities for drivers, carriers, employees and customers. All of Heidtman Steel’s transportation needs moving forward will be handled by Sellers 3PL, a subsidiary of PS Logistics.
